It didn’t take much to start swiping hearts, being a chubster Dachshund, blind in the 1 eye he had, and just having the sweetest personality this side of the moon.
With his horrid teeth and possibly glaucoma in his one remaining eye, Bailey became, Professor of Love, Bailey. Picking him up at the Riverside Shelter was like picking up the most precious jewel. The At-Choo Foundation had committed to helping with medical funds and he now had a home waiting. The drive from Arizona to southern California by his new mom, happened right away and Prof. Bailey got the medical care and love he deserved.
The pressure in his eye from glaucoma wasn’t severe enough to remove it, so meds were prescribed to keep his comfort level at 100%. And his gross green toofers were extracted in a major medical.
To say this Professor is loved is an understatement. You have to see this video of when his mom came to pick him up and take him home. I wish all dogs were so loved. This is the link for the video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Haq-qLoVcb0 .
